This modern 3 bedroom property on the Esplanade at Aldinga Beach lives up to its name 'Pearl by The Sea'. The view from the balcony is stunning in either direction. The property has 3 queen beds upstairs with a large modern bathroom. Downstairs, the lounge has glass sliding doors to bring the ocean indoors. A large undercover entertainment area has a new BBQ with outdoor setting for 6 guests enclosed for privacy. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop and oven. The laundry downstairs has another toilet and shower. Year round comfort can be enjoyed with R/C air conditioning, digital TV, DVD player and stereo with IPOD dock. Please note the open fire place is not for use. Come and relax in this beautiful home or discover this district which is full of surprises.
