This bungalow is on the second row. The property consists of a living-dining room, an open kitchen fully equipped for two persons, a bedroom with a large wardrobe with sliding doors, hangers and shelves and a separate bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a wash basin. The large sliding windows in the living room opens onto a sunny terrace on the South with a beautiful view on the Marina, the Mar Menor, the Ciervo island and the mountains. The apartment has Internet - WiFi connection for free. The building is centrally located, at km3, and close to a supermarket, a pharmacy, shops, restaurants, a bus stop. Going down the street leads to the kiters beach with sun beds, parasols and a beach bar (chiringuito) in the summer which gives it an unrivaled surfing atmosphere. The street upwards leads to the pine bay Cala del Pino, on the Mar Menor with a beautiful beach with palm trees and pine trees. There is parking within the plot. The Mediterranean Sea is only 600 m away.The bunglow is furnished as completely as possible so that customers can enjoy a nice undisturbed holidays.
