Our apartment is perfect for 2 people, and cozy for maximum 4 people. It includes a bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with sofa bed, a Japanese-style dining space, a bathroom with bidet toilet seat, and a balcony with laundry machine.Just 3 min walk to Zhongshan Elementary School MRT station.You will find supermarket, McDonalds, 7-11 convenience store, local $100 dish restaurant...etc all just downstairs the apartment.The building itself and the public space is old, but the space is truly an one of a kind because we've renovate and designed it ourselves, so it brings a sense of contrast for the first look. All the neighbors we have known them for years, true local and nice people.Equipped with: Washing machine at balcony, refrigerator, whole-set kitchen for cooking. Towels, Shampoo, shower gel, Panasonic NA 98 hairdryer ( best for long-hair ladies!), High-speed free WiFi and free Netflix.
