La Pergola is located high on the mountainside above Simon's Town with breathtaking views over False Bay, surrounding mountains and the historic naval harbour. The Garden Suite has exclusive use of the garden and the pool. It is a one bedroomed en-suite apartment with separate living room and dining room with fireplace, and a fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave and there is a private bathroom with free toiletries. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels is provided. Other facilities at La Pergola Garden Suite include a barbecue. The apartment offers free private parking on-site. There is a separate entrance and two flights of stairs down from the street to reach the apartment.While the apartment is non-smoking, there is an outdoor seating area for smokers to use.Guests agree to use the accommodation (including all the amenities and access routes) at their sole risk and agree that the hosts are not liable for any claims for any reason whatsoever. There is a swimming pool on the property, which is reserved for the La Pergola Garden Suite. We are however within a few minutes drive of some wonderful beaches.No parties or events may be held at the propertyThe owners have small, friendly dogs on the property. There is a gate which can control their access.
